This extra long (122cm) sports recovery pillow can be used in multiple ways for supporting, propping and relaxing and is perfect to aid in pro-sports recovery.

This full-flex pillow allows you to sleep in the recovery position with full support relieving tension and pressure on the lower spine.

Suitable for Joint hypermobility syndrome (Ehlers Danlo Syndrome).
